 At Peridot Wellness, massage therapy services integrate a variety of treatment techniques to provide an individualized plan specific to your needs. The overall goal is to reduce tension, relieve pain, reduce stress and improve overall health and well being.

We offer a variety of different treatment styles. When booking your massage, please indicate the goals of treatment so that your therapist can tailor the appointment to your needs.  We offer 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute massages.  If you are looking for a relaxation treatment we recommend booking at least 60 minutes. With sport specific treatments, you can book a 30 minute massage if you are looking to focus on one area specifically.

SPORT MASSAGE

Massage therapy is an integral part of an athlete's wellness regime. Sport massage helps to relieve myofascial tension, improve performance, and eliminate pain. 

Relaxation

Relaxation massage is designed to help you forget about the stress of the world around you. Designed to gently loosen tension, support sleep hygiene, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage.

deep tissue

Deep tissue massages are designed to eliminate knots, aches and pains in the body.  A variety of techniques are used to address movement patterns and address tissue injuries. 

Prenatal

Massage therapy is an integral part of prenatal care. Massage therapy can help relieve pain and tension associated with pregnancy, promote relaxation and improve quality of sleep.  At Peridot Wellness we have specific pillows to help our pregnant patients relax and enjoy their treatments.
