Q: Where is the best place to park?

A: There is plenty of GreenP parking on Adelaide (just north of King) between Bathurst and Spadina, as well as on Wellington just south of King Street. Underground parking can be found directly across the street from the building and an above ground lot on Portland.

Q: Do you do direct billing to insurance?
​
A: We do not at this moment do direct billing. Most of our healthcare services are covered under extended healthcare plans. Check with your provider to see what is covered for you.

Q: Do you need an MD referral to see a Chiropractor or Naturopath?
​
A: No you do not! In fact, naturopathic doctors and chiropractors are part of your primary care team. If you have a health concern you would like to address and are unsure where to begin, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to direct you!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
​
A: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all of our healthcare services. This is in place to insure we can fill that spot with someone who needs it and that our practitioners time is being respected. If you cannot make your appointment time please let us know as soon as you know regardless! For our private and semi-private reformer pilates sessions our cancellation is 24 hours. For group mat classes our cancellation policy is the 12-hours OR before 7pm the night before for morning classes. Again this is in place to fill the spots with someone on the waitlist!

Q: What is your late policy?
​
A: If you are running late it will run into your treatment/private-session time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late please let us know, and we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, our schedule is crafted to optimize all of our patient's treatment times. So if you are running more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to see you. There is a full charge for late or missed appointments.

A: Please show up 5 minutes early for group classes! We will have mats set up for you so if you are running a few minutes behind please sneak in as quietly as possible as to not distract other participants. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your group class you may not be permitted to take the class. Please know this is to be respectful of all participants. We want everyone to enjoy their sessions! Come early, you are always welcome and would love for you to feel at home.
